Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. JUL Ceramics currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, I do not offer international shipping... but hope to soon!

Whenever possible, I reuse clean boxes and packing materials to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. Your order may arrive in recycled packaging, but it will always be packed with care.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as I cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
